  3. Beware the lure of the expo! If you are not careful, you will leave with everything from new running sneakers, to a new massage stick (why?). Make no mistake, this stuff is awesome and useful, but remember nothing new. Another thing to be aware of; avoid being on your feet for too long at the expo.
